1. Ordering

• Orders can be placed online or by phone.
• Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled after 5 minutes.

2. Delivery

• Standard delivery time: 30–45 minutes (location-based).
• Delivery charges may apply outside free delivery zones.

3. Payment

• We accept Cash, UPI, Debit/Credit Cards.
• Prepaid orders will not be refunded if the customer is unavailable at delivery time.

4. Food Quality & Safety

• All pizzas are freshly baked using high-quality ingredients.
• If food is delivered cold, damaged, or incorrect, customers must report within 30 minutes for replacement.

5. Offers & Discounts

• Coupons and offers are valid for a limited time only.
• Only one offer can be applied per order.

6. Customer Responsibility

• Please check your order before confirming.
• Ensure accurate address and contact number for smooth delivery.
